At Naturacares, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our exchange and return policy below.

📌  This policy applies to all orders placed on the Naturacares website.

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. Please contact us within the timeframes listed below so we can resolve it quickly.

2. Eligible Reasons for Exchange or Return

We accept exchange or return requests in the following situations:

       You received a damaged or broken product

       You received the wrong product (not what you ordered)

       The product arrived in unusable condition (leaking, contaminated, or spoiled)

       The product was significantly different from its description on the website

📌  We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that have been opened and used (unless damaged or defective).

3. Timeframe

       All exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

       Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

       To start a request, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

4. How to Request an Exchange or Return

1.     Contact us at support@naturacares.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

2.     Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3.     Attach clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.

4.     Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

5.     If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product back to us.

6.     Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement or issue a refund.

5. Refunds

       Refunds are issued only in cases where the requested product is out of stock and no suitable exchange is available.

       Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

       Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

       Opened or partially used products (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)

       Products returned without original packaging

       Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

       Orders where the 7-day return window has passed
