Naturacares — Effective Date: April 2026

At Naturacares, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Where We Ship

       We currently deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

       International shipping will be available soon — we will announce when it is live.

       If you are outside Pakistan and wish to place an order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. Processing Time

       Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

       You will receive a confirmation message (email or WhatsApp) once your order has been dispatched.

📌  During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

       Karachi: 1–2 business days

       Major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–4 business days

       Other cities and towns: 3–6 business days

       Remote areas: 5–8 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on courier availability, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

       Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

       Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods — check our website for current offers.

       For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

5. Order Tracking

       Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

       You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery through the courier's website.

       If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Failed Deliveries

       If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the order, the courier will try again or leave a notification.

       If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

       Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.

7. Damaged in Transit

       If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

       We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Exchange & Return Policy.

8. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

We are excited to announce that international shipping to customers worldwide will be launching soon. Once available, delivery timeframes and charges will be displayed at checkout.
